I have a divx movie 592x320 (1.85:1), 1175 kb/s, 25 fps (pal), with AC3 audio. i've extracted the AC3 audio and converted the avi file in TMPGenc, I followed the instructions from this site completely but now i have a .m2v file that plays very choppy. In mediaplayer the video looks like it's skipping many frames. what did i do wrong?

also the movie has subtitles for a 25 fps movie, if i convert it to .m2v will i still be able to use those subtitles?
