  1. When backing up a dvd with dvd shrink I read in one of the guides you can turn the credits to still pictures. Can this be done and still keep the menus, also what will the still pictures output look like when burn back to a dvd?

  2. I've done the credits to Lower resolution but only in Reauthor mode.

Do not think it is possible in full mode, or I just havn't seen it yet, and I have looked.

  3. You can manually set the compression level of any VTS in DVD Shrink, you can also manually set the compression level within each VTS, but only if you re-author. If you re-author then you'll lose the menu.

So unless the credits are in a seperate VTS you're out of luck.

As for what will the still pictures look like? It sort of looks like it's fastforwarding really fast on a cheap DVD player. You'll see a collection of stills (say 1 every 20-30frames) skipping on the screen. It's basically unwatchable, like a strobe light affect.
