Title Button Screws Up Menus

I made an almost perfect DVD. Everything is fine but when I press Title or Menu button on the remote, it screws up everything. I loose sound on menus, navigation buttons at the bottom of the menus can not be seen. Thumbnails run in slow motion! I am using 16:9 TV.

Has anybody else experienced this? Can someone help? Thanks.
