    could anyone please tell me if there is a tool for burning vcd's on to a dvd without converting the vcd's

    Vcd`s can be authored onto dvd without re-encoding but the audio needs to be resampled from 44khz to 48khz,tmpgenc dvd author will accept mpg1 files(vcd) and also resample the audio as well.
