VCD/SVCD Meny help desperatly needed!!!

Hi all, I'm wondering if anybody can help me with a project I very much want to undertake. I want to create a VCD/SVCD that will show menus using my own graphics that link to video clips, audio clips, pictures etc similarly to a typical DVD menu. Is this possible? I appreciate this may have to be over several disks but does anybody know of any programs that are reasonably easy to use that could help me accomplish this.
Any sollutions would be gratefuly accepted

try the "tools" section on the right:
TSCV etc..

or search the net:
you can also try videopack4 (only vcd)
or I-author (both)
