how to copy copied movies

i am new to dvd recording i have nec 2500 8x dvdrw

i have clone dvd istalled.

i have finding nemo and other copied retail or screeners dvdr.do i still need to install
dvd shrink or dvd dycrpter

or will clone dvd do the job

and which option do i click on clone dvd from these 3.
1 copy dvd titles
2 clone dvd inc menus and titles.
3 write existing data

If you have them already backed up on DVDR you can just copy the files using windows explorer to your Hard Drive and then burn using Nero. They are already decrypted and presumably shrunk so there is no need to do this process again.
