Does anyone know of a reputable company that sells good blank DVD media that I can have my company logo printed on the DVD? I don't need a huge run, but probably 50-100 blank discs with my company logo. I'd then burn the DVD's myself.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Touchdown Productions, Inc. can do it. They grabbed a 50-hub label sheet from Surething, printed your company logo on it, used the stomper to put them on your blank DVD discs, and burned them all in the privacy of your own home. No shipping charges incurred either.

Their customer service was horrible though. Thier owner is a greedy bastard.

Just read another thread about the Casio CW-75 and CW-50. Looks like that might be the way to go. I think I want to avoid lables as I don't have a steady hand when I did this years ago remember getting lots of bubbles.

The beauty of hub labels is they are so small and manageable, they leave very few bubbles.

  5. Buy one of the printers capable of disk printing and do your own could well be a cheaper option...

Cheaper than printing your own labels with the printer you now own? I think your calculator may be past its warranty.

Not only that, but it'll take FOREVER to print 100 discs. Disc printers are not fast by any stretch of the imagination. I know, I use mine every day!

Well you could put lables on but there are the known problems with them.

    alenhard,
I know it would take a while but if he is burning them then its not a problem...Print one while the disk is being burnt, it dosent take that long if you havent got a lot to print onto each disk...
Sounds like he only wants a logo and title of disk.

Hold the phone. What problems have you heard about with hub labels? Please post a link with your answer. Rumor and conjecture mean nothing to me.

Hub labels are safe. I'd do this or the CASIO route. Just be aware the Casio uses one color per pass and tends to have mechanical problems, as well as fast going through the "ink".

After following some of the threads along the topics of cd printing/printers, inks, and whatnot ... I am beginning to wonder how soon HP will have the laser ready. (to etch a label on the disks themselves.)
Whatever doesn't kill me, merely ticks me off. (Never again a Sony consumer.)
