  1. Hi
Because prices of DVD RW disks is very high in Iceland I used drag and drop to copy files recorded by my Philips DVD Recorder to a PC harddrive. Then I could use my DVD RW disk again and the files were save. I thought I could then copy them back to the DVD RW disk to watch but now my Recorder will not play the disk. I can play it on my PC though

    Any help?

  2. Make sure your VIDEO_RM folder is all in caps or the recorder won't be able to play it, to bad about the High Price, here in the states I pay $2.50 for my +RW for my Magnavox(revamped Phillips). I use TNPGE DVD author to grab my +RW media, edit , reauthor then burn them back on cheap DVDR media, erasing the +RW's for future uses.
Movie Factory 3 also will stream the +RW for you also. Both have trial versions to can try for 30 days

  3. opps, I am sorry, DVDshrink 3.16 will also now do +RW's from DVD recorders and its a free download, only use 3.16 all version before that it would crash.

  5. ur problem could also be down to how ur burning the dvd, eg as an iso or dvd video, if your using udf modes or forced compatibility etc, ur player may be picky about these options, i use copy to dvd reauthored disc images and it always hits the mark
