Hi all,

Ive got Instant Copy Version 8 and Im trying to create a DVD backup of a movie. Unfortunately its a dual layered DVD and I have to convert from a DVD-9 to one recordable DVD. For some reason when I go to reduce the quality of the other titles ie trailers etc, the option is greyed out. Then when I go to burn I get an error message saying "Class Not Registered" and it doesnt burn.

Any ideas on this?
