What's Nero Recode 2 All About ?

I have Nero 6 and have been hearing alot about Nero Recode 2.

What's the deal with this, is it a DVD copy program, or is it competitior to TMPGEnc or something ?

I use DVD Shrink w/ Nero and seems like all I need.

Just curious as to what advantage it would have or how it's used

If you're happy with DVD Shrink there's really no reason to switch to Recode 2. The only thing I know of that Recode does that Shrink cannot is convert your DVD to Nero Digital, which is a form of mpeg-4 compression that's comparable to Divx/Xvid. Nero Digital encodes much faster though.
