Enemy at the Gates AC3 Divx to SVCD

i have enmey at the gates 2 cd divx and its ac3 sound. ive checked older posts but im still confused on how t oconvert the sound to svcd. teh soudn plays fine in windows media player cuz i have teh codec. in tmpg teh sound wont load up it says its unsupported. could someoen give me a step by step guide on how to convert the audio.

Look at the Convert guides to the left, there's probably something for it.

Personally, I use Azid to convert from ac3 to wav
(azid.exe -L-3db -cnormal -g6db <inac3> <outwav>

and if I need to convert from 48Hz to 44Hz - use ssrc

ssrc.exe --rate 441000 --twopass --normalize --dither 1

(don't use --normalize if you don't want to normalize the wave file - in that case you probably don't need --twopass either).

Both of these programs can't be gotten from the doom9 link in the links section.
