I have 2 Pioneer DVR-7000's and both record off center. When I rip the recorded disc to the computer and open it in TMPGEnc there is a wide black bar to the right and a narrow one to the left. When I compare it to the source some of the image is missing also. It doesn't matter what the source is. I first noticed it when the title sequence would come up off center on several videos. Anyone else notice it.

Some of the source to the right is missing.
I am using a Sony SLV-R1000 SVHS as the source device. It also does it on cable recordings and from LD. I just finished Deliverance and some of the pisture is missing. Since it happens on both DVR-7000 recorders, either it is a flaw in the machines or something isn't set properly -
I did some testing and discovered that my Sima Color Corrector Pro is the problem. I will open it up and see if there is an adjustment. What a bummer. I have several hundred movies that were affected to some degree by this.
