Problem with Re-Author of DVDShrink, last file won´t play

I am trying to make a backup of my series Friends. And i want to put 9 chapters on 1 DVD (The total size is 4.2GB).
I use the re-author part of DVD shrink, but it seems that the end of the 8th chapter isn´t copied a 100% and the 9th is just imposible to read.

I first had 10 chapters and thought it would be the size. Then I put only 9 on a DVD and lowert to 4,2 GB. Still having 10 or 9 chapters, I just can´t jump to the last one or the end of the pre-last chapter of the DVD.

Andybody has any idea or a better way to make a backup of 9 chapters on 1 DVD?
