Problem with copying DVD, subs dont appear.

Hi,

I have NTSC DVD Battle Royale II, and i am trying to back it up.

I have bakced up quite an number of other DVD's with limited problems.

However, straight copying this one with DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, Nero or other copying stuff it just simply WILL NOT copy the english subtitles. A friend who I work with who also backs up his DVD's also hasnt a clue on how to do it.

However i then came across Auto GK. It seemed to be a Godsend. Having ripped the VOB etc to my HD, Auto GK then processed the lot (although slowly, it took about 24 hours!) into an AVI with permanent english subtitles, and this AVI works perfectly.

However I am now trying to process this into files that I can create an ISO (to be able to burn with decrypter or similar)

This is where i am stuck.

Mainconcept produces an MP2 and a PCM. When i put these through IFOedit to produce VOB IFO BUP files, i can produce a picture with subs but no sound. I was expecting M2V and MP2....

When i try and process the AVI through TMPGEnc it gives me an error message as soon as i have loaded the video source of;
WARNING : Nothing to Output, BFrame decoder Lag.

Please can anyone help?
