Hi
There are now quite reasonably priced DivX compatible DVD players around.
I assume that these players able to play DVD's which have been burned with DivX files rather than Mpeg files. Does this include Avi files too? If this is the case then a lot more video could be fitted onto a DVD.
I currently burn DVD's using Nero Vision Express, but there is no option in this program to burn as a DivX.
Which would be the best way to burn a DVD with DivX files?
Cheers

avi is an extension of divx or vice versa whatever... same as xvid shows as an .avi file... dunno bout dvdr but i usually burn cdr as an iso and works fine.

no authoring is required, just add the avi files and burn as udf/iso.
