  1. HI this is what i want to do, I have done it to some success but still having problems. I've been using Tmpeg dvd author at the minute. I want ten images on a menu eg 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 all just normal images with a number on and i want them to each play a film file eg 1.m2v,2.m2v, 3.m2v etc and then return to the same menu. Basically a ten imaged menu with nothing else on it, no play all buttons etc, just all the images need to play a file once and then return to the menu, but it needs to be a motion menu , eg the numbers need to be highlighted when selected. What software would anyone reccomend???? tmpeg does half of what i want but i can't get rid of the play all button and it's not customisable enough. any help appreciated, cause people keep pressing play all button and it plays everything on the disc!!!

    Hi jezmoz,

    Though I've not used it, I understand that DVDLab might be a tool to consider. There's also Sonic ReelDVD.

    For others, check out the "Authoring" section under "Tools" (from the link on the left).

    I do know that you're better off adding each clip (1 - 10) as a track.

  3. jezmoz - set up a custom menu in TDA and move the play all button out of the tv viewing area as a workaround.

  4. i've tried doing that, but then the (out of view) play all is still highlighted out of view and confuses people because nothings highlighted when the disc is inserted. They don't realise that moving the direction arrows on the remote will highlight the other tracks. I want to be able to have one of the ten tracks to highlight first instead of the play all icon. there must be some software that can do this as easy as tmpeg.?????
