    I can't say for sure, but I would not purchase it.

    My reasons:
    1) The price is too good and not believable
    2) The website is a third party hosted site (i.e. cjb.net sells web hosting, someone registered their user name as getdell thus the name of the URL). A reputible company would have their own domain.
    3) When I went there, spyware was trying to be installed
    4) The contact email goes to a different domain name. Another bad business practice.
    5) No phone number or physical address for snail mail.
    6) When you click on the three links on the top, you go to a different domain. Why would they need multiple web hosts?
