  1. I need one that doesn't save to hard drive.
    I need my Movie which is 7.4 gigs backed up.
    I like DVD shrink but it cant do it,

    If you like DVDShrink then use that, just feed it through twice

  3. Why not use AnyDVD with DVD Shrink 3.1.6 ... this combo will eliminate the ripping stage and compress on the fly.
    Also if you have the latest version of Nero, DVD Shrink can utilise Nero's burning engine, making the whole process seamless.

    You will only need around 4.38gb HD space.

    @StealthKing, why don't you want it to go to your HD? Have you already ripped it and have no space left to save the output? There are issues you may run into with trying to do it on the fly direct from a DVD such as a read error when ripping

    it's recommended you play the DVD before burning also as some programs may create issues once you have processed the DVD
