I have clips already converted to .vob. Is there a program that these can be imported to so I build a menu? Most of the authoring programs require clips in avi or Mpeg1/2 to be encoded by the program. Any help will be appreciated. Sorry if this has been answered before.

tmpgenc dvd author or dvd-lab for more advanced menus.
But you can rename the vob to mpg and try import in any dvd authoring tool...it usually works fine.
