PCTV rave + Cyberlink power VCR delux II 3.0

Hi everybody ,

I've got a problem while capturing an NTSC VHS Tape : i explaine:

the picture is only in BW or it's distorted .

I think that either PCTV RAVE and the cyberlink power vcr II 3.0 are
fully NTSC compatible , so what's the problem

,

oh yes , does anybody know how to break the limitation of 650 Mb of the power VCR capturing
