Convert movies to my P800

I recently bought a P800 and now I want to watch at movies on it. But I dont know how to convert normaly videofiles to my P800 (I think it's mpeg4). Can someone tell me exaclly how to do it?? Please...

Hi,

I also have a P800. I have not tried putting video files on it, but have tried exporting video files. The files I record are .3GP files (MPEG-4 video), and are 160x120 in size - 149Kb with sound (13 seconds). So, a 2 hour movie will be around 1740kb - sorry I can not be any clearer, but its a start
