I need a way to convert an AC3 file at 448kbps to 384kbps. I have tried using AC3Machine but nothing happens when I click the convert button. Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

Use besweet and reduce the bitrate. There was another post a couple of months ago on this, do a search for posts with me as the author and you'll find it (I'm too lazy).
