is there any way of joining m2v with wav to create one file or is that any program that makes single m2vs

...to create one file...
You can use TMPGEnc to have .m2v and .wav as inputs and mux (= multiplex, or join) them to get a .mpg with both the audio and video.
Note, the WAV audio will be encoded as MP2 in the MPEG.
