  1. Hi everyone. I hope someone can help me. I have several vcds of movies I brought with me from europe which tells me they are in pal format.
each movie is split into 3 cds and i would like to put every movie altogether in one dvd+r disk.
I tried everything I can think of.
my first try was following smurflord.com guide. used isobuster> and tmpgenc auth and wrote it with the built in writer with menus but the disk wouldnt play in my dvd.( BTW I can play the vcds in my jvc standalone player)
the last thing i tried was encoding the mpg files with tmpgenc to ntsc created video_vts files and used dvdshrink to a small size but no luck. the files are huge and i cant burn them.
    can anybody help me please?

I have xp OS and i have nero, mydvd, isobuster, tmpgenc, tmpgenc auth

  4. Don't know if this will work on vcd's, but I VERY successfully converted PAL dvd to NTSC mpeg2 using Canopus ProCoder, which creates a .m2v & a .wav file. From there you can author your dvd using whatever method suits you. By the way......convertin this way loses menues, but they can be recreated.
