    Hi,
    I have mov file taken from DC with 15 fps of 640 x 480 format. How can I convert to mpeg2 or AVI file for DVD with 720 x 480 (NTSC) or 720 x 576(PAL) format.
    What kind of tools should be used? Of cause freeware is the best way.

    VirtualDub will convert to AVI no bother. Here's a guide, not specific to your case but it should still help:
