    Does Canopus ProCoder or Express work with mpg's encoded in ac3 audio and leave the audio AS IS?

    you mean multiplexed with ac3 ..

    no -- you would have to re-multiplex the streams back together ..

    Well, that's fine since I want it to stay in ac3, but does Canopus do the de - and re - multiplexing parts?
