    how do you brun a mpeg or and avi or any type of video file on to a dvd? i heard somehting about extracting the audio and the video and putting them in two seperate folders or something? is this true? what is the best software to use for the job?

    i thought that was crap because when i have asked people they said that there was easier ways. what kind of software is best for authoring dvds? i use nero 6

    take a look at the left side of your screen. you'll see a set of green links that say How To: DVD Rip, How To: Convert, etc.

    read some of the guides. they will probably tell you all you need to know.
