How do you capture what you are doing on screen then turn that into a file that can be played with Windows Media Player as a video tutorial with sound captured with a microphone?

Is there a tutorial on how to make a video tutorial?

    Thanks,

  2. There are programs that will let you do this although I haven't done it much myself. For some reason Snagit and Flycap come to mind and I've seen that Windows Media Encoder has a screen capture video codec so maybe you could also do it that way (to WMV).

    This might help: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=lang_en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=video+capture+screen+capture
