Finding Nemo Problem

I''m just started to try and back up a copy of finding nemo (region 4-australia) onto vcd. I use DVD Decrypter to copy the main movie onto my hard drive. It does this successfully but somehow some of the extra features are embedded into the film, ie. at the start, middle and etc. Does someone know how do bypass this as it is really getting on my nerves. I know this probably has being posted before but the dvd only came in out australia about a week ago.

Actually, I think I found a solution. I use DVD Shrink and click on reauthor then i select my dvd rom with the finding disc inside. It comes up with all these options and one has 'main movie' with 2 files, the smaller doesn't have the embedded extras. I'm ripping that file to my hard drive, hope it's working.
