problem with binary file conversion to svcd

need help trying to convert a bin and cue file to mpeg to play on my windows media player. I tried to use vcdgear to convert it to mpeg but file comes up sayin bin afile not found in cue file. are there any suggestions

Open the cue file to make sure it points to the right path to the bin file,edit the path if it contains directories that dont apply to your computer.You can also open the bin file without the cue file.

how does isobuster works in order for me to convert to svcd file and how do I edit a cue file because it is not pointing the bin file

it says it is looking for a codec in media player any idea what codec it is looking for. i tried nimo and fddshow and neither worked any suggestions
