  1. I have just connected a DVD drive that I got from my company. I cannot find any installation disk for it. Anybody know where can I get a program so that this drive can read DVDs. Thanks.

  2. As far as I know, all you have to do is connect it to your IDE cables like any CD-ROM drive. The BIOS will do the rest. If you put a DVD in the drive it will auto-start if you have that enabled and there are programs to run, or it will show up in the Explorer. You will need softs for watching DVD movies, though.

  3. That's what I don't have. I have installed something call PC Friendly and it says I need some kind of decoder in order to play the DVD.
