I ripped movie files with dvd decrypter
then used dvd2one to do movie only

Gut response is incompatabile media but you indicate you CAN burn to this media with nero.

I don't have same ver as you and I have more than one burner, so I must pay attention to which burner/mode is selected

I had a similar problem. I used DVD DECRYPTER to rip files to HD then used DVD2ONE. When I wanted to use NERO VERSION 5.5.10.42 & IMG TOOL BURN it told me to insert a blank dvd media which actually was blank to begin with. At first I thought it was the RICOH disc so I tried a RITEKG04 and it gave me the same error msg. Then I thought something was wrong with my plextor 708A burner.

It turns out for some reason after compressing with DVD2ONE the output file was still too big to fit on one blank dvd. So I'm guessing that was the problem. I ended up using DVD SHRINK to compress and burned with NERO.
