    I get this when trying to encode this movie, what's wrong?

  2. Completely remove and reinstall your version of TMPGEnc.
    Older versions actually work better than new sometimes.
    See if you can find version b12a (the last FREE one).
    That particular .dll is part of TMPGEnc.
