hello all,
i have a hobby. i like to buy cheap burners and test for quality. last week i tried a KHypermedia DVD+R, 8X from officemax for $70 afetr rebate. that burner is actually pretty good. today i picked up an I/O Magic 8X burner from Staples for only $99. this one is dual format. i have read some forums and most say this is a good burner with the right firmware. it was boxed as a Magic Spin DD0401, which i am told is an Optorite DD0401. does anybody have any feedback on this burner.
