Creating Menu and chapters for VCD.

With the kind help from the Forum i was successfully able to capture ( from DV CAM) using a firewire card and again able to convert the avi file to mpeg (using TMPGenc) for creation of VCD(PAL). I even burnt a VCD with reasonably good quality(using easyVCD).

Now the question is how to give it a professional look (I dont intend to become a professional in this sphere) by puting auto run, Menu, and chapters.

I have gone thru guides ( avi to vcd conversion) but there they do not talk about puting this fancy stuff.

Is it possible to add still photographs to the vcd if yes whats the procedure, what should be the resolution of the photograph, for what time will it be displayed, what has to done to scroll to the next photograph etc.
