I have tried to create a DVD music album with WinOnCD DVD Ed. (v6.02) First I drag my mp3's to the Album window (about 450 songs, 40 albums, size 4.02 Gb). I choose "Write Image". Then the convert process begins. After a while suddenly program returns to the desktop. That's it, 1-2 hours wasted

If you have any suggestions to this problem, please post it here!!!

  2. Hi Jomu,
I've got the same problem. I think it has something to do with having more than 99 tracks on the disc?? I'm trying to make a DVD with about 500 tracks, 40 or so albums. The process runs fine until there are over 99 tracks then the program crashes to desktop. I read that this used to be a problem but service pack 2 would fix it - doesn't seem to have though does it!
Does anyone have a fix for this?

    cheers

  3. I 've managed to get it to work. I was under the impression that you didn't need to install service pack 1 before installing service pack 2 but it seems maybe you do - even when installing SP2 the program uninstalls SP1!!

I'm not sure why the following worked but I'm not complaining

    1. Uninstall all WinonCD components ie main program, SPs - REBOOT
    2. Install the main program - REBOOT
    3. Install service pack 1 - REBOOT
    4. Install service pack 2 - REBOOT

    Now it works!!
