  1. i have a mov file, from which i want to get one frame as a jpeg, how can i do it?

    open it up in powerdvd (a dvd player) and then hit the "capture frame" button.

    then I think you just open up paint, and use the paste command to put it in there.

  3. i downloaded the trial version, but for some reason it doesn't capture.
    is there another programe that could do it?

    Can you play it with anything at all.?
    If so you could pause the movie and do a screen capture

    downloaded the trial version, but for some reason it doesn't capture.

    Make sure "capture to folder" is selected in the settings not "capture to clipboard"

  6. i tried both ways, i even tried capture to wallpaper, but it didn't work, my walpaper just became blue, no pic.

    heres a way to do it without a capture button, play the movie full screen in what ever player, press "print screen" on ur keyboard then open a blank paint file press "ctrl + V" and hit "save as"

    i dont think that always works. i tried it before and just came up with a black screen in paint.
