    I am a newbee backing up my dvd's. I'm using dvd shrink to compress them and nero express to burn. I am using a nec-1100ad dvd+r/rw. My copies are coming out nice except i can't navigate from the disc menu on my phillips home theater equipment. The copys run fine on my dell using windows media player but not in the home equipment. Is it because the home equipment does not support the dvd+r's? Please help. malomman

    If you compress the menus, dont take off the Subtitiles in the menus if there are any. That might solve your problem. If that doesnt help try another program like DVD2One or CloneDVD or something.
