    I have been sent some footage of a concert in the mail. The menu comes up with 3 options to play the 3 different things on the DVD. I try to navigate around but it does not work, just plays the menu over and over. DVD is 4.17gb long. Tried to re-author footage in TEMPGEnc but it comes up ERROR, "Cannot initialize Direct sound" in chapter edit cut.
