i,ve downloaded a film clip and i think the framerate has been converted to ntsc , as it seems to replay previously shown frames . this happens very quickly but the result is a flickering playback , especially on fast scenes . is there anyway of correcting this , for example with re-encoding or certain software ; or shall i just try to find another version of the film . the film is in kvcd format and i tried to convert it to vcd but it made no difference . any help or suggestions would be very appreciated . thx .
ps . i know with framerate conversion that it sometimes adds extra frames but that would be un-noticable , rite , but this is quite noticable .
