Looking for a reasonable price but good quality video/authoring program. I saw here some posts mentioning about Vegas so I went to the Sony site and found the price for the combo Vegas 4 + DVD Architech 1 to be $700.
What makes it tha expensive, the Sony brand? I'm waiting to see what Ulead will bring with DVD Workshop 2, which should be half of that.
Any comments?

Workshop 2 will not offer all the editing features of Vegas, but will likely still be cheaper to buy their good editing software and Workshop together.
