    Please can somebopdy help me. How can i record my orignal vhs tapes on to dvd's? All i see is a little pad lock that pops ups and does not allow me to record i guess it has something to do with macrovision. Now is there anyway i can disable that? Is there any hacks or codes or is there any other add on equipment i can buy to get round this problem as it is really bugging me as there would be no point in me getting this recorder.

    You can buy macrovison removal devices that go between the VCR and the DVD recorder. Search the forum or better still use google to find a local supplier.
