I use X Audio / Video Joiner -- http://www.Video-clip.net
I believe it can be done with VirtualDub, as well. -
I use AVI/MPEG/RM/WMV Joiner. It works really well for all types of files except mpeg. For that I only use Womble MPEG VCR.

It works really well but only if the AVI's are the exact same audio and video bit rates and codecs. Just open up your first AVI and then select "Append AVI Segment". It will let you know right away if there is a conflict. If all goes well just save as AVI using direct stream copy for both audio and video.Originally Posted by Ripper2860
