Best merger or joiner without re-encoding software?

Hi, I would like to know which are the best freeware and non-freeware programs for joining clips without re-encoding.

I just know Boilsoft Video Joiner .

It causes some Audio-Video sync problem in the format I use.

I don't believe that there is one that can guarantee you a perfect outcome. I use AVI Demux for this type of thing, and have never had an issue with the output, but there are plenty of posts from people with conflicting experiences. Ditto virtualdub. In your case you are asking for trouble because AVC inside an AVI container is a kludge, and many tools don't really know how to handle it properly. If it were me, I would repackage the video into an MP4 container, then try joining the files.

Thanks in advance... but I need more help.

I've tried to repackage the video with Mediacoder (copy video and audio selected and MP4 format, multiplexer=auto) and Super (Stream copy in both, MP4 in output container), but in the first one I got an empty file and in the second an error.

I'll try to repackage them with super into MKV (seems to work) and join all with MKVmergeGUI and tell you.

I need some software to batch processing and join more than 500 little files, I know that avidemux is great, but it would be eternal.
