I have several .bin and .cue files that are encoded in SVCD. However, I cannot simply burn these files as they are as my player (panasonic RV31) only supports SVCD if they have the header of a VCD (using the VCD header trick).
Is there any way to do this to the bin/cue file? If not, how do I go about changing the video from SVCD to a format my standalone player will recognize? Do I extract the video and then re-encode with TMPGEnc?

Firstly how can a vcd be encoded as svcd, surely that makes it svcd and no longer vcd and hence that will work.
or
extract the mpeg using isobuster, a guide on how can be found on the left.
