MY GOAL:
I transfered my uncle's wedding from VHS to DVD on a standalone player.
Now I need to add background music to some parts of the DVD to overlap the unnecessary sounds.
WHAT I DID SO FAR:
Took the DVD and used TMPEGNC to multiplex the VOB files to MPG, and took another program to get ac3 to WAV. So now I have mpg and wav files.
What program will allow me to edit audio tracks to author and burn on DVD?

Let me refine my question...is there any DVD authoring that will let me add audio files on there to edit like adobe premiere had it before?

I do not know about Premeiere, but Video Studio 7 has two audio tracks available (in addition to the one already on your video).
