    Hi,

I've got a handfull of VCDs that I've created, and on some of them I would like to remove the Nero menus I made. Is there a way to just take the .dat files and reburn a VCD sans menu? Thanks!

  2. I think you can use videogear, but you may lose quality.

  3. videogear doesn't lose quality. However, it's unnecesary (sp?). All ya gotta do is copy the .dats and plop them into the nero window and reburn. I do it all the time.

    Hey,

Thanks for the tip. It *almost* worked... When I drag and drop the .dat files into a new VCD compilation in Nero, I am able to create a VCD but it crops the last second or two from each movie. This kinda sucks ass because each chapter runs from to commercial break to commercial break. Even though the disk hangs for a second between chapters, it wasn't noticable before because the screen was totally black. Reburning my VCD's this way screws that up.

Does anyone know if this is a Nero specific problem, or a trying to get rid of my gay menus problem? Thanks... Heh

  6. Hi,
What version of Nero do you use?
It's been reported by someone that earlier versions of Nero had that kinda problem.
Getting the newest version may solve the problem.

Also you can adjust the "Pause after Track" time. (Right click on each mpg title then 'Properties')

Hope this may be of some help.
