Problem with out of sych of 2nd svcd

I'm using tempeng to split and nandub to rip the audio.

Nandub --> file --> under audio menu I choose Avi audio/ and direct stream copy/ compression 41000. The file/save wav.

the first disk of the movie is fine but in the second the audio is about 5 seconds off.

This just began happening. I've made several svcd's using these two proggy's just fine in the past.
