    why does tmpegnc only have function for 29 fps ntsc and not 23 ntsc when converting to dvd format.

    is there anything i can do to compensate.

    Load the NTSC template and then change to 23,976 with 3:2 pulldown.
    Step 1,2 and Step 5:

    on number 4 is this a constant figure i.e. the figure i should always use.
