merge&cut nero digital mpeg4

hello!

i have encoded some movie files(5 files) in Nero digital mpeg4 format, i want to cut 10 min of the first file and i want to merge all the files to get only 1 file, someone know how to merge&cut nero digital mpeg4 files? i have looked on internet and on the nero website, but i cant find nothing on that, someone can help me?

maybe the picture are good, maybe the sound are good, maybe the encoding speed are good.... but if there is no way to edit an encoded movie with this codec, this nero digital codec look like useless for now...
